A Little About Me:
My husband and I have been married for almost 26 years. We have 3 children, ages 21, 18, and 13, one dog who answers to "Rosco," and a fish named "Bruce," and I have a sweet wonderful, father that my kids call "Papa."
I grew up in the South, as did many, many generations of my family on both sides. The mix is mainly Irish, and Scottish, but I have a goodly portion of Cherokee Indian mixed in as well.
I work at a private, Christian university as the dispatch supervisor in Public Safety. I find myself surrounded by college-aged kids all the time, and I love it!
Why "Teapot's Tempest"? My stature is on the short side, an I inherited a tendency for stoutness, so "I'm a little teapot, short and stout." It's been my online moniker for years, and it's easy for people to remember.
